Purchased a Christmas tree from them and the needles were falling off before I got it decorated. The tree has not taken any water since I purchased it. I did ask the attendant when it was cut and he thought it was a couple of weeks before. I also purchased the tree stand that was supposed to keep it straight. That did not work either.
