Good powersports business and Used Car business. It hosted an Open House for its Kawasaki products. Prizes and provided food for all its attendees. Talked to Jim Gilbert for a bit and many of my friends. The FMC went for a motorcycle ride, about 20 of us afterwards.
My experience with this dealership was extremely disappointing, mainly because of the customer service. I was surprised by additional fees, including a bike assembly charge that I wasn't expecting. As a first-time buyer, I felt pressured into purchasing bike aswell as extended warranty. When I later decided to cancel it, the attitude of the staff changed completely. Bought a new 2025 450 brute force in april of 2025, bike has been nothing but problems. No help always brushed off. Obviously just wanna take the money an run and won't help you with any problems. Now it's 1 yr old with 1500kn the ball joints gone, control arm bushings all gone, steering bushing gone, always goes into limp mode. Bought two new bikes for me and my little guy here. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially Brayden who I dealt with. Very accommodating even delivering to my house way out in the country.
Best service in the power sports industry hands down, We love our kawasaki krx and to have this type of friendly, attentive, professional service is amazing. Jim Gilberts raises the bar and it should be notice. Thank you all ..
