I had a wonderful experience with Madeline
I called State Farm this morning to discuss my homeowner policy renewal. There was no hold time whatsoever! Andrew Young answered the phone by the second ring. He was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He gathered all pertinent information and transferred me to Kristy for further assistance. I provided her with some updates on the home. She explained the changes made on the policy and was very thorough and helpful! The call was quick and painless. Like a good neighbor, Andrew and Kristy were there! Thanks🙂
