Today I spoke with Mr Hunter Beck about switching my auto policy to State Farm. This is usually a process that can be anxiety producing. I felt so comfortable with Hunter. He explained everything and allowed me to make informed choices about my coverage. I felt like was looking out for me and offering only the amount of coverage I needed. Hunter was kind and patient ; and let me know I could contact him as needed. What a great member of the organization.

Worst agent i have ever worked with in my life. keeps calling me to discuss the same things. getting 5 calls every weeks, cant block number since they are my agents. had policy with them since almost two years. when i called and said i want to talk to Jim, they said sorry you have to talk to manager first.
