Got insurance in April to be set up for May 1st, it's been a nightmare! Was charger 2 weeks into my policy, for the quoted amount, received next bill for more expensive amount and for some reason they have been having issues applying my daughters good grade discount. It's been a month of phone calls, promises of rectification and still the incompetence continues. Having to call weekly is alarming! Awful!
