Jim Gardner does quality work. The drainage around our foundation had become non existent. The project to remedy the situation took a week. It started on time and ended on time. It was completed on budget. Luis, his wing man of 15 years, did everything to accommodate us. The work crew arrived on time every morning and left the work area tidy every afternoon (much appreciated by our neighbors). Apparently, no job is too small for Jim Gardner Construction and I highly recommend his expertise.
Jim is an excellent contractor. He always listens and can be quite creative drawing on his decades of experience to suggest a creative solution. He works and stays with any budget and can recommend alternatives to get the most from your money. It was a pleasure to work with him. I highly recommend him.
Jim Gardner was able to diagnose our drainage problem and find a solution which was both cost-effective and would work for the long term. I would highly recommend Jim Gardner Construction for your drainage needs.
