Jim was great through out the financing process. The guidance he offered, along with his transparency, scenario planning, and overall advise was key to a great experience.
I have personally used Jim approx. 5 years ago when I bought my first house - he was very knowledgeable and helpful - but this review is about a second experience I had with Jim. My best friend was buying his dream home, and his realtor had referred him to her preferred lender. That lender started out fine ... sent the pre-approval for $9000 over what the house ended up costing with 10% down payment... he received all the documents ...etc... worked on it for 3 weeks ... but then 5 days before closing everything fell apart, a... read more
