Not happy with service. Waiting on a refund and the person on the phone blamed the delay an an out of state agent. Still waiting on Jim to call and getvthis matter fixed.

Shout out to Tammy!!!!! She got me a quote that was $173 cheaper than GEICO with MORE coverage and BETTER customer support. She was AMAZING!!!! I as well as my entire family have always had State Farm (from this office) until a year or so ago when multitude of things happened (MY fault) that State Farm could not cover me anymore. So when I called to check to see if maybe I could get covered under them again in June, Tammy got me a quote day of and she handled everything. So happy to be back!
The ladies in the office are just the nicest people I have met! They always have a smile on their faces when I walk in!
