I’ve been a customer of Jim Fox State Farm for many years and have always received excellent service. The agents are knowledgeable and friendly. Each claim has been resolved timely and to my satisfaction. Most recently I was leaving for vacation and got a chip in my windshield in a six week old car. Jennifer kept me calm throughout the claim process and set up a repair for me at the vacation location. Highly recommend!
