We were on the road when we ran into a problem with our car. Two bolts had come loose, and the wheel started wobbling. We found the address for this shop on Google. We drove slowly, with our hazard lights flashing, until we reached the location. It was closed, even though it was during business hours. We called the number listed on the sign.
