Completely lack of communication. Started the job Sept 26th. and came out 3x for a total of 6 hours max and left me with no countertops, ruined floors and 0 communication as to the status or reason for delay on my job. Came out Jan. 9th and claimed it was my fault because I wanted changes. Again, they only came out 3x and only changes I asked for was an island removal or save wood floors if possible. Took them months to finish my house when it should of been weeks. Multiple times of no workers coming over for over 7 days in a row. I think they ran out of money. Claims they ordered a vent cover about 3 weeks ago, they lied. Never ordered it. Do not use them.
