Over a month to get my car back. Said they ran diagnostics and needed a clutch job. Made me feel like an idiot for letting them know I didn’t think my clutch was the problem. Brought it to another shop to get the clutch done. 2.5k later… I was right.

These guys charged us over $900 for a repair that actually cost less than $300. They also got offended when we changed shops. The "ones" we dealt with were entitled adult babies. I asked Mechanics here and they all know that's not a shop to get repairs on for Maui. I hope you guys don't get ripped off.
Do not buy a car here. Jim Falk Motors, as often as not, are unequipped or unstaffed to service some of the cars they sell. Or if you buy know the warranty might be worth nothing and use that information to negotiate a price well below MSRP. We’re having to ship our Chevy back to Oahu for repairs. $$$$$
