Bought a car and month ago. Battery was flat so I had it jumped with a jump pack. Thinking it was due to it sitting for a week, i went to store and it was dead again. I called for an appointment and to see if it was covered and I got sent to voicemail. The next day they call back and say they are looking for someone with a mazda. Did not even write down my name from the voicemail. Not to mention they should be able to look up my number and get my name since they did not retrieve it from my message. Update: don't recommend. Don't use this place. They TAKE ADAVANTAGE of you. Tried to sell car back because it was not working out. I knew we would get hit on price but after 2mths and only 700 miles on it, they offered me LESS than half price for the car! Absolute disgrace and then say, Well we are a business, but if you wanted to trade it in instead we will give you close to 10k more"! Wow just wow. Then they tell that that's blue BOOK. Will update if anything changes, i am a fair person. Sold our house and was fortunate enough to buy a new mazda without a loan. Sales manager was not happy with my negotiation but we were able to make a deal. The interaction left me with a sour taste however, we did at least make the deal. On the other hand, it is his job to get the best deal for the dealership. Sales person was very friendly and attentive and the finance person that sells the warranties was very polite.
