Spent over six hours waiting for my repairs. I needed three things to get done. None of the problems got solved and I spent about $260. Wasted my time wasted my day. Lady who did the paperwork was nice at least.
Horrible service, they do not care about their customers
Absolute worst service they do not care about their customers. Told us weeks and weeks they will have our reg and safety and they don’t have it because the previous owners of the vehicle we bought didn’t have the right paperwork. 2 months of a complete nightmare and we are stuck with this vehicle they won’t buy back. Would never recommend them to any of our Ohana and friends.
Bought a car and month ago. Battery was flat so I had it jumped with a jump pack. Thinking it was due to it sitting for a week, i went to store and it was dead again. I called for an appointment and to see if it was covered and I got sent to voicemail. The next day they call back and say they are looking for someone with a mazda. Did not even write down my name from the voicemail. Not to mention they should be able to look up my number and get my name since they did not retrieve it from my message. Update: don't recommend. Don't use this place. They TAKE ADAVANTAGE of you. Tried to sell car back because it was not working out. I knew we would get hit on price but after 2mths and only 700 miles on it, they offered me LESS than half price for the car! Absolute disgrace and then say, Well we are a business, but if you wanted to trade it in instead we will give you close to 10k more"! Wow just wow. Then they tell that that's blue BOOK.
