I would NEVER buy a car from Jim Falk....My review is based on my experience with them.... Make sure you look up any CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS for those Hyundias... That GDI engine is GARBAGE.. BEWERE!
They use an AI system to make appointments, but then complain that the service time they schedule is too late. Then say they will try to squeeze you in but need the car for the rest of the day. If you need to go further than the 5 mile shuttle you are just out of luck and have to reschedule. I understand the works don't choose to use an AI system but if you cant manage your schedule properly you can't expect me to be happy....

Unprofessional little kids as their sales teams. Don’t buy from these people they don’t have any class at all. I just witness a sales manager with three other salesmen mocking, made fun, called her stupid, and tease the customer. This happened on the sales floor where other people could hear and witness. The saddest part is that the customer was not even there she was put on speaker and muted while she voiced her concerns. Messed up. They mock, made faces, and laughed while she was talking.
