Have tried calling parts department many times throughout the week, all during posted business hours. Sometimes i'll get someone who transfers me but it always ends without reaching the parts department. Any messages left do not get returned.
Just wanted to drop in and thank Justin and Phillip for the help and smooth transaction when buying from them this week. From the first interaction of me calling the dealership and speaking to Justin, to walking the lot and talking with Phillip. They were both kind and super laid back. Negotiations were easy in the sales off and also in the finance option. Will definitely buy again.
Trying for days to schedule a service on Hyundai, trying to use this dealership because of my extended warranty. They do not pick up the phone or return messages. I’ve gotten through to sales, they transfer me over to service-nothing.
