I recently had my car serviced at the Hyundai service department, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience.Thanks to Rick, from start to finish, they made what is usually a chore feel smooth and even pleasant. First, the customer service was outstanding. The service advisor greeted me right away, took the time to listen to every concern I had, and explained clearly what was needed — no mystery or hidden fees. Their professionalism and friendliness made a big difference.

Subpar customer service in the service department. Went here for 3000 mile service. Upon completion, service rep didn't provide any paperwork on service performed and never logged it into the Bluelink account. I still receive messages from BL regarding overdue service.

We bought a truck here that we love, but the experience with this dealership was one of the most stressful, disorganized, and unprofessional we’ve ever had. I would sell my car (Hyundai) and Not RECOMMEND anyone to buy a car from this dealership because this place aren’t professional, I brought my car to fix oil problem, when i got my car back, there are damages and scratches on driver side and then I talked to the manager (his name is Sam), he said will check the camara and contact me back and no one never called me back, I tried to call them a few times and the front desk said she will let the manager know, after a week still nobody contacted me back so I decided to stop by th... read more
