Jim is one of the best in the business. Personable as well as professional, he streamlined the tiresome paperwork into a few manageable hours. He's located in the Exchange at Meadowmont, convenient to anywhere in the Triangle, and I've recommended him to several of my colleagues, who have gone on to refinance with him. I'll be calling him in a few months to see if rates have dropped even further.
