The renovation looks great. I got everything I needed for my Golf when I went up to the parts desk. Needs some Wolfsburg merch.
Service department is a disaster. It too them 4+ visits to fix a simple issue, service reps don’t follow up, I spoke with the supervisor and he didn’t get back to me to address concerns, phones don’t work, etc. I gave them way too many opportunities to get things right, but enough is enough. Save yourself from unnecessary stress by using a different dealer in the area, you will thank me later.
They don’t pick up their phone.
