I've used this parts store twice now, getting a wire harness for my Tacoma, and a replacement gas door. They've either had the part in stock, or been very communicative on when it will be in stock. The service was great, and refreshing for a dealership store.
I bought my car from here brand new about two years ago. I called the parts dept on 1/12/23 to ask a question about the car & the guy on the line was rude & acted as if he was just bothered. Usually I don’t have problems at service, so not sure what the deal was.
Reid Millikan had me in and out in less that 30 minutes. Personable and knowledgeable. I will continue to use this facility. Great experience.
