Came in for a specific problem with my truck (a software update for towing a trailer) and it took them 4 hours to say they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. I had to explain to them that all I needed done was a software update. After some back and forth, they finally did the update, which of course fixed the problem (like I told them in the first place 🤦🏻♀️). They guy I dealt with was rude and liked to "mansplain" in condescending tones a lot.
I've used this parts store twice now, getting a wire harness for my Tacoma, and a replacement gas door. They've either had the part in stock, or been very communicative on when it will be in stock. The service was great, and refreshing for a dealership store.
I bought my car from here brand new about two years ago. I called the parts dept on 1/12/23 to ask a question about the car & the guy on the line was rude & acted as if he was just bothered. Usually I don’t have problems at service, so not sure what the deal was.
