I’ve been taking my sorento there since i purchased it there in 2017 and they do a really good job. Not sure I like this new 3 percent fee on credit card payments that just went into place so that’s something they should look at. With costs of everything going up I guess it’s a sign of the times but I don’t like it.
Jim Ellis has the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE hands down.. Whenever I have gone in to get my vehicle serviced, I have ALWAYS been greeted with the upmost RESPECT.. Everyone is patient with explaining things regarding your vehicle and listening attentively to you.. I have NEVER taken my vehicle anywhere else and will not in the future.. Thank you JIM ELLIS and Team for ALL you do..
