I had a less than ideal time with Kia service department. There was nothing wrong with my car when I brought it in. I originally brought my car in to complete a couple of recalls because I kept getting letters in the mail and also decided to just go ahead and have my oil changed since I was there. First they sent me a bill of $300+ for my oil change even though when I asked to add on the service they quoted me $90. The service person who helped me, Chris, was friendly when helping me out and was great at talking through my options. I'll definitely be going back if I need help again.
