Professional staff. Extremely helpful. Service manager was attentive and staff made sure to assist with any questions. Monica and her peers were all kind. No one left me standing and waiting. The facility was clean and welcoming to wait. The dealership assisted me with every step of the process to get my vehicle repaired. I would use Jim Ellis again and recommend to anyone who has a GMC or a Chevy.
Required maintenance follow up was professional and quick! I never expected to receive a video of the inspection before the oil change. That was pretty cool. Thank you!
