I had an excellent experience at Jim Ellis. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and helpful. My salesperson was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. The finance team made everything simple and transparent, with no hidden surprises. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and will definitely be coming back for future vehicles.
Great service, but I don't like the fee for credit card use!
The service was done to the satisfaction and car was delivered on time as promised. Also, got a video explaining what was done on the car
I left my car to have some repairs done. Brannon had my car washed for me while at the dealership. Really appreciated that. Car seems to run better now. However, although this does not have to do with the service, I was charged a 3% fee for using my credit card. My charges were over 2800.00 so this 3% is a considerable amount. Brannon explained this was new. Based on the labor cost I was charged, obviously GM made money on the service. In my opinion there is a cost to doing business.
