This experience was horrible. Tom was my service advisor and he was incompetent at best. I made the appointment under my name although my spouse purchased the vehicle. I received the inspection video while my car was being worked on yet my spouse received the estimate. I called Tom and told him I didn’t care who got the information as long as it was consistent with one of us. He told me that he took my spouse‘s number out and left mine, which was absolutely fine.
