Do not do business with Jim Dunn!!I had a water leak in December (10 days before Christmas) As a result it affected my furnace so I was without heat. I went to to his office to discuss whether to file a claim.I should not have filed one, but I wasn't aware how this would affect my claims history. State Farm has raised my homeowners over $1800 and other companies won't insure me because of the water claim! State Farm's payment was only $1500 sfter I paid my deductible.
