We've been working with Jim on several projects. Always works hard and gets back to us quickly with the information we need. We'll continue to work with him.
Unfortunately would not recommend. Met with Jim to get a mortgage pre-approval. We had our initial appointment with him in December 2019, which went well, he was very kind. Shortly after, I sent him all the requested paperwork for the assessment itself. I had followed up with him a few times via phone/e-mail (which he was not replying to my e-mails) to see if there was a verdict yet, and both times over the phone, he assured me it would be done soon.
