When I was looking into pet insurance, I really appreciated Rebecka Russell explaining everything in such detail what was part of each plan and she made sure I understood before she moved onto the next topic. She sent me a print out (in email) of 2 different plans that worked best for what I was looking for. Though I didnt sign up for anything yet. It was nice to talk to someone who could help me with my questions and explain things easily.
Personal, easy to get a hold of and has great rates on policies
Two years ago we decided to switch to a local company. After this last hail storm they cancelled us. Their reason was “because you’re a new customer and you’ve already filed a claim” We’ve had no prior claims in probably 20 years. Do not buy home insurance here! Absolutely terrible experience! I will now be cancelling my auto and liability as well. Stay away from State Farm cross plains
