Have been with State Farm for many years and what I like most about them is they are very friendly and don't jump around on the quotes once you have insured your needs.
I’ve always had great experience with State Farm. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. When I filed a claim, they were fast and efficient, which made it easier for me.
We switched to Statefarm 3+ years ago and we are so happy that we found Jims office. Premiums were half of what we were previously paying with American Family. Anytime we have questions or concerns, our phone calls and emails are answered promptly by Sue who is always sweet & friendly. We recommend Jims agency any time we get the chance. 10/10!!
I switched to Sate Farm 10 years ago with auto and renters insurance. It was important to me to have a local office to visit, or call, to take care of things. To speak with, and see the people helping me. I recently added homeowner's insurance, and had a small auto claim - both agents were friendly, supportive, and made each process uncomplicated.
