Been here twice. Once to get my tire/brake checked and once because my exhaust blew up. Both times he told me what the exact issue was and fixed it at a fair price
Been going to Jim for a couple years now. I really like the way Jim conducts business. Recently I got a quote from my Hyundai dealer for about 3k worth of repairs. I sent the quote to Jim and he was able to save me over $500! My cars sparkplugs and starter were quoted on needing to be changed. Upon inspection Jim realized the sparkplugs were just set wrong and the starter was in good shape! Very bad, right off the bat from the second I talked to the gentleman who answered the phone he was very rude. I simply said hey how’s it going today and he replied with I don’t know and started to laugh at me I was very thrown off by this unprofessionalism I wanted to get lots of work done on my car but I guess I’ll go elsewhere. Was very weird interaction I have never had someone say I don’t know when asked how they are doing today… must work on his customer service
