I went in 2011 to get my wisdom teeth removed from Dr. Desantis after fighting with my dentist. Went to one other for a consultation who puts you to sleep and straps you in a chair. Desantis had me go under light sedation, with having severe anxiety that was a big mistake on my part. He got all 3 out wasn't that bad. The 4 tooth he had put 4 shots of novicane and I still felt it!, I have a very high pain tolerance and strong tolerance to medication and wasn't fully breathing the gas in so I knew
I have been operated on twice and as unpleasant as that can be Dr. Desantis makes you feel as comfortable as humanly possible. I have been in healthcare for 20 years.
Dr. Desantis is compassionate, caring, an excellent surgeon and funny and kind. He puts you to ease and cures dental anxiety!!!! The staff are helpful, compassionate, knowledgeable and wonderful all around. My whole family uses this practice and we all love them!!!!
Novocaine was worse than extraction of wisdom tooth. Done in less than thirty seconds.
I was in the position of needing a tooth extracted.I have dental phobia,and was terrified.My experience with these professionals was stellar.The waiting room is warm and inviting,the receptionist courteous,pleasant.I was surprised to meet with the doctor before the procedure which greatly relieved my anxiety.Everything went smoothly,I had minimal bleeding,no swelling,took OTC for pain.The doctor himself checked me before leaving and gave me my pain med.The staff is wonderful.HIGHLY recommend.

After searching for a dental implant surgeon my Aunt referred me to Dr. Desantis. After researching his qualifications I booked a consultation. There are many dentists performing implants but Dr. Desantis is also a Surgeon so I knew I would be in good hands considering my years of dental work due to an accident. The implants were a breeze with very little discomfort and everything went according to my initial consultation with him. I highly recommend Dr. Desantis in his services.
A top-notch facility, with a top-notch leader and staff... Dr. DeSantis is fantastic. The building is clean and modern. The technology is second to none. Highly recommend!
Experience was poor at best. Be careful. Told them I was very nervous with dental procedures. Said would only do what needed to be done. They did inform us they do not take insurance. You pay up front and get reimbursed from insurance. Told us cost for procedure. Day of procedure, I took medication. 90 minute delay in going in. While giving me gas, asked if I wanted second tooth out. I mumbled something. Valium had worn off so I felt drill grinding bone. Took two teeth. Price was 180 more.
