Jim Davis was verbally abusive to me and my husband, and unpredictable when it comes to his estimates on jobs. He came over to my house and we did a full run-down of the work I needed, minus mowing the lawn and edging. He gave me an estimate of $650, which I thought was high, but I agreed. After the job was done he charged me $1,000.00, with out ever telling me that he was going over the estimate. My husband canceled the check that night and called Jim to negotiate a fair price.
