Jim Dandy provides great service. I was able to get an appointment the day after I called. I had a problem with the washing machine drain water backing up into the kitchen sink. I needed quick action to clear the drainline before the water overflowed the sink and ruined the kitchen floor. Techs Thomas and Chuck were prompt, very courteous and kept the work site immaculate.
