Stunning and quick work done by Jim! I broke two prongs on my engagement ring and Jim was kind enough to talk me through my options where we decided to do a partial bezel, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out!
We have now worked with Jim twice (twelve years apart) and both experiences have been absolutely exceptional. Jim did an amazing job redesigning my engagement ring that no longer fit and the stones were loose. After showing him a rough idea I found online, he created a prototype to ensure we both on the same page and then made my design come to life. He even managed to come in under the original quote. I also used him to resize my custom wedding ring and re fit my mother’s engagement ring. His work is flawless! I would highly recommend using Jim for any of your jewelry needs.
I reached out to Jim four days before Christmas to resize an engagement ring. He got me in same day. Not only did he resize the ring, but also cleaned it and made it shine like new.
