Jim was an AMZING help. Needed an engagement ring resized and he was able to take care of it on the spot. Not only is his work outstanding but he is such a nice gentleman. We will surely be back! Thank you again Jim.
Was looking to get my engagement ring resized before moving out of Bend. I was referred to Jim by Cascade Jewelers. He was fast, personable, and kind, and provided exceptional work. The resizing is seamless and I am very happy! Also loved his dog, Walker :) highly recommend Jim Dailing Designs!
Jim was such a pleasure to work with. He was incredibly flexible and communicated often on the progress of the ring. He’s wonderful at his craft and I’d recommend him to anyone.
After sharing some ideas around design aesthetics and imagery that I’m draw to, I told Jim, “I trust your creative intuition…make me something beautiful”. And he did. I am currently wearing a beautiful new wedding band made of rose gold, inspired by the Tree of Life. The piece has movement and whimsy, and it is uniquely mine. I could write some long review, I’ll just say this: Jim is amazing at his work and is an awesome person. Not only did he help me with an emergency ring resize to save a long planned surprise, but also was willing to show me how he does his work. He was a joy to talk with during the whole process (only an hour!); the conversation was as good as his work! He helped me for a very fair price and I will definitely be going back in the future!
