I had a visit with the doctor. Going through some very serious personal issues that were causing me physical problems. The doctor yelled at me with his nurse present. He told me that he isn't a psychiatrist and could not help me. That was one of the worst moments in my life.
I am very comfortable with Dr. Tran's medical expertise and care, however, refilling medical prescriptions that require his approval has been a major recurring problem. I request refills over the phone and by using a patient portal, but numerous followups are always required before any action is taken.
I don't recommend this doctor because he doesn't know what he's doing and had to go to a specialist and gave me the wrong treatment
