Jim Smith held up our case. Tired to have it dismissed. Between delays due to covid and his objection, it took months before our case was finally heard and discharged.
Can you really "trust" the "trustee". Bullying, power drunk humiliator. People are already down, is the kick really necessary?👊💁
I just want to say that Jim Smith is a very nice, professional, respectful and humorous person. We had our 341 meeting via telephonic and not one time did he disrespect anyone during the hearings.
