I would use Jim Covell and Son Tree Service again. Chris was prompt in responding to my call, in looking at the tree, and other communications. The quote was reasonable, in my view. The work was done to our satisfaction and on schedule. This was the removal of a dead tree on a slope with structures and electrical wires below. We were able to handle the quotation, work and payment via email and phone calls, which I appreciate.
The crew arrived on time, worked hard, and were attentive when I explained what I needed done.They took down 3 trees and trimmed 3 other trees for me. Excellent job! Very skilled crew! The men cleaned up all debris and filled in the holes from grinding the stumps. I would highly recommend them!
What a great job! They took down 15+ trees and trimmed back a hand full of others worked 6-7 hrs and left taking all the debris. I would highly recommend them and call on them again for future work! Thanks Guys!
Reply to owner's response: Well sorry for getting the terminology of your vehicle wrong. Bucket truck, boom truck, whatever you want to call it. The job wasn't under my name. Took you how many years to respond to this review?? Clowns. There's a guy who drives the cherry picker truck for this company. He has no idea what he's doing. I think his name was Chris. Took about fifteen tries to back up the truck to where he needed it, tearing up my lawn in the process. Seemed like a complete rookie. After the job everything was left... read more
