I had a fantastic first visit to Jim Coleman's Service Dept after buying my Toyota Corolla from this dealership. 2+ hour wait for a scheduled 15k maintenance and an oil change is the reason that this isn't 5 stars. Otherwise, the facilities are comfortable and the staff are friendly. I highly recommend Jim Coleman as a dealership overall.
It is always a pleasure to go to JC. Everyone is very friendly in each area, sales (Luis C, Nelson A), financing (Benjamin), services (Sam) and even at the desk there is always a smile waiting (Norma). It is always good to come back.
They are slow and only update you on how your car is coming along until you go up to their desk 2 hours later. They will say that they were “just about to come tell you” every time. Which results in another hour and a half wait because of a service that was supposed to be notified to you an hour ago. I recently went to have my car checked out for a roadtrip I was going to take and they said my battery failed their test so I had to replace it.
