Excellent Customer Service my Service Advisor Rian is amazing!
Lackluster service experience with warranty work on our Nissan Leaf. 1) The service advisor scheduled a main battery diagnostic on a day that their EV tech was not working, so they couldn't complete the warranty submission to Nissan that day. So, we kept the loaner through the weekend (I'd prefer to have my car). Two stars only because the staff are really nice. I'll summarize my issues with this place: 1. Didn't mention the diagnostic fee until I got there. And it was $90 more than the dealership I ended up going to later, when they... 2. Kept my car for a week, then told me their EV tech couldn't look at it for another two weeks. 3. Spam phone calls and text messages trying to sell me a new car.
Have been coming here for 4 years. Ask for Anand. He’s a hustler and works hard for the customer. Very on top of customer needs. We just bought from him our 2024 Ariya Evolve and love it. Thanks Anand!
