Stopped by for an unexpected issue with my car starting. I was greeting by a smile and a sense of urgency from the team. I was checked in and offered transportation to work. Anticipating my needs before I could even express them. Throughout the morning I was in constant communication via the texting app, and once my car was ready. I had only been in for a hour. This is the reason why I only bring my vehicle to this location.
I like the dealership and the location. Rian in the Service Department is great. Two stars off because when I visit the website, I cannot see all of a car’s features unless I share my info and once you do it for one car then it doesn’t let you share your info for another self tion so you cannot compare. I do not want a million texts or calls. I want to compare features. It is highly annoying.
Sharifa Wali provided us with great customer service and guided us through purchasing the right vehicle for us. We certainly recommend seeing her at Jim Coleman Automotive when needing to purchase a new vehicle.
