Nice people. Poor service. I made an appointment for an oil change, arrived on time, and waited for my service to be completed. However, checking the bay, I didn't see my vehicle anywhere. Over an hour went by with no one touching my vehicle. When I asked how much longer it would take, I was told there was only one tech working, so at least another 30-40 mins.
