I scheduled a service for a Saturday at 9:30 am. They called me the day before with some questions. I asked when my car might be done, will it need to be kept overnight, so I could plan. They told me that it would be done by 3:30 pm/ end of day. I had a family event at 4 pm in Virginia and knew I wouldn’t be able to get my car. I asked if I could reschedule or if moving the drop off time to 8 am would help make it easier to get my car by 1 pm. They said it should be done by 1 pm if I can drop it at 8 am. Fast and efficient service
Luis is the best! My 2024 Prologue was in the shop for nearly three months due to a screen defect and a tough backorder situation. Throughout the entire process, Luis was incredible. He kept me in constant communication and provided frequent updates so I was never left wondering about the status of my vehicle. I had a coupon for an oil change so I brought my 2022 Honda pilot at 10:00 , which was my appointment today. After waiting 2 hours I asked the service writer how much longer he reponded “let me go ask the dispatcher” . I watched the writer get the repair order and give it to another technition , who I saw sitting down the entire time I was at your dealership playing on his phone.
