I went in for oil change, but when I checked the dipstick before leaving the dealer, the oil looked dark gray. Spoke with service manager, but he said the oil looks fine. I told him clean oil should be clear, with light golden color, not dark gray. I suspect that they are not draining all the old oil out before refill. Either, technician is not waiting to drain all old oil, or they are doing this to put less new oil in, and save cost for themselves. Sold a used vehicle to this company and still waiting for the check/money for the transaction. It has been over 1 week. They say the internet was down and the comptroller was not in...but still no check and no response from them...hopefully won't have to go to court

No salesman available even though hours and internet sales people stated sales office was open. Waste of time and poor customer service.

I would not recommend Jim Coleman Honda. Most of the dealers are rude. We waited at minimum 30 minutes to be greeted. Our dealer made assurances that the auto we were looking for was not in stock but would be delivered in 48 hours. That was almost a week ago. They claim to price match and or beat other offers. But could not do so on an offer from Hagerstown Honda, which was $4,000 less than Colemans. We of course bought from Hagerstown, but so far Colemans has refused to refund the deposit. Nice place to buy a car but the service part will rip you off saying your car needs work that isn't necessary.

I only put 1 star because 0 wasn't an option I was unfortunately in a situation where I HAD to purchase a vehicle. I was not prepared to buy new. I found what I was looking for in a used vehicle at Jim Coleman. I took the vehicle back a couple of weeks after purchasing it because the brakes and tires felt and looked more worn than they should have.
