if i could put zero stars, i would. CLAUDIA in the body shop treated me like i was dumb, ordered the wrong part for my car (and i wasn’t made aware until the car had been in the shop for over an hour), made me wait a week and go four different times to the shop to fix ONE taillight, and then blamed it all on me when the automated service call gave me an appointment and did not update their system; but not before laughing on the phone about me with her coworker, oh no, she had time for that. she walked out of the shop with he... read more
Repair took longer than expected but workmanship was very good. Some bumps in the road but the manager gave me a call and smoothed it over.
The location had great service latlst year, but this year it unprofessional and mislead with your car parts, so if y'all bring your car to Jim please double check every part of your car with pictures. Yes I mean every part of it. Thank so that going to replace it to buy cheap parts
