I recently started using this Service Center because my wife had always spoken very highly of it, especially of her service advisor, Ben Thurston. I’m thoroughly impressed and satisfied with my experience at Jim Coleman Toyota collision center and highly recommend using them. There were a few setbacks along the in getting my rocker panel trim replaced on my 2024 Toyota Camry TRD, but Keith from the parts center and Kevin from the collision center made things right and got me squared away. Shout out to Keith and Kevin! Keep up the great work! I’ll definitely continue to come back to Jim Coleman for all my service needs.
I just stopped by to get an estimate on three minor broken body parts, Kevin was able to fix them right on the spot, free of charge! I don’t remember the last time someone helped me so genuinely and nicely without any expectations. What a pleasant guy. Thanks Kevin.
