I did not realize that a da Vinci descendant was in the collision department! I was out of town when my car was picked up by my daughter. I could not believe the outstanding workmanship on the two collusion places on my car. I had to return to Coleman to see who the artist was to tell him to how happy I was. It was CARROLL BRIDGETT ppl!!

I’m thoroughly impressed and satisfied with my experience at Jim Coleman Toyota collision center and highly recommend using them. There were a few setbacks along the in getting my rocker panel trim replaced on my 2024 Toyota Camry TRD, but Keith from the parts center and Kevin from the collision center made things right and got me squared away. Shout out to Keith and Kevin! Keep up the great work! I’ll definitely continue to come back to Jim Coleman for all my service needs.
I just stopped by to get an estimate on three minor broken body parts, Kevin was able to fix them right on the spot, free of charge! I don’t remember the last time someone helped me so genuinely and nicely without any expectations. What a pleasant guy. Thanks Kevin.
Many thanks to especially Kevin and Claudia. Claudia was our first point of contact on the day of our accident and guided us in a way that relieved our anxiety. Kevin coordinated a long list of body repairs, explained everything to me in detail, proactively contacted us with updates, and most importantly, followed up with our insurance company at least twice when there were delays.
