I have taken my car here twice for repairs, and they provide excellent service and accident repairs. Carroll is one of the workers there and very easygoing and provides great service, and so does Kevin.
I did not realize that a da Vinci descendant was in the collision department! I was out of town when my car was picked up by my daughter. I could not believe the outstanding workmanship on the two collusion places on my car. I had to return to Coleman to see who the artist was to tell him to how happy I was. It was CARROLL BRIDGETT ppl!!
I recently started using this Service Center because my wife had always spoken very highly of it, especially of her service advisor, Ben Thurston. Before coming here, I used Toyota 355 in Rockville, but after a very disappointing experience there, I decided I would never return and began looking for a dealership that truly values its customers. I’m thoroughly impressed and satisfied with my experience at Jim Coleman Toyota collision center and highly recommend using them. There were a few setbacks along the in getting my rocker panel trim replaced on my 2024 Toyota Camry TRD, but Keith from the parts center and Kevin from the collision center made things right and got me squared away. Shout out to Keith and Kevin! Keep up the great work! I’ll definitely continue to come back to Jim Coleman for all my service needs.
I just stopped by to get an estimate on three minor broken body parts, Kevin was able to fix them right on the spot, free of charge! I don’t remember the last time someone helped me so genuinely and nicely without any expectations. What a pleasant guy. Thanks Kevin.
