My wife and I have had our home owners and vehicle coverage with state farm for 55 years and have no intention of changing. The few claims we have had were handled promptly and fairly. Over the years we have had multiple agents, some better than others. Our current agent is Jim Cochran Who we are extremely pleased with. I recently had to deal with an issue with one of his associates Lee Nix. She performed far beyond my expentations in a manner that made me believe that she really cared. Thank you Lee
