Curious as to why on my purchase of my 2020 Hyundai Tucson from Jim Click at Green Valley, I had regular oil changes every six months? On my purchase of my 2025 KIA Sportage from Jim Click, I had regular oil changes every six months through June 2026, but now I am told I do not need an oil change for twelve months in June 2027.

It is impossible to reach a human even once they have your car at their shop. I have left multiple voicemails (as you cannot actually speak to a human when calling) over the last week and received no call backs. I have tried the extension provided by the service provider that rings indefinitely and doesn’t get answered, and they have not responded to their text thread. The fuel float needed replacing as well as the oil pressure sensor warning. Javier actually listened while I explained and came out to my car and turned it on so he could see the problem and make sure we were both talking about the same problems. Had to wait for the part to come but the actual work was done in just a few hours.
