Curious as to why on my purchase of my 2020 Hyundai Tucson from Jim Click at Green Valley, I had regular oil changes every six months? On my purchase of my 2025 KIA Sportage from Jim Click, I had regular oil changes every six months through June 2026, but now I am told I do not need an oil change for twelve months in June 2027.
It is impossible to reach a human even once they have your car at their shop. I have left multiple voicemails (as you cannot actually speak to a human when calling) over the last week and received no call backs. I have tried the extension provided by the service provider that rings indefinitely and doesn’t get answered, and they have not responded to their text thread.
