We were traveling through Tucson and had a trim piece on the rear gate of our 2023 Santa Fe Hybrid come loose. We were concerned about losing the trim while completing our road trip so we stopped in at the service center on 22nd. We were helped by the Service Manager, Alan Heady. Mr. Heady went above and beyond any expectation we could have had. We had several appointments in Tucson and needed a car. We also had to leave Tucson in 2 days. I was in yesterday 12/4/25 annual oil change and from the get-go as soon as I pulled in it was a five-star experience. Ralph was my advisor and he did an absolutely five star customer service. So polite, knowledgeable, kind, and patient and kept me informed every step of the way. The new updated waiting area was extremely comfortable and pleasant, very clean, and the new coffee machine, amazing. And definitely a five star pleasant experience, and I will be using Jim Click Hyundai East for any of my repairs in the future.
