I was in yesterday 12/4/25 annual oil change and from the get-go as soon as I pulled in it was a five-star experience. Ralph was my advisor and he did an absolutely five star customer service. So polite, knowledgeable, kind, and patient and kept me informed every step of the way. The new updated waiting area was extremely comfortable and pleasant, very clean, and the new coffee machine, amazing. And definitely a five star pleasant experience, and I will be using Jim Click Hyundai East for any of my repairs in the future.

I visited this service shop for oil change and company's recall with appointment on time. I was waiting 2 hours and luckily(??!!) I found my car was at outside of maintenance spot so I asked one person that "is this car done or not started work yet?" then he said not yet started. My family was waiting for me at cafe for move(because I came from another city 4 hours from this dealer shop). Stellar customer service at Hyundai East maintenance, can't say enough positive things about Edgar, he got my car in to service much sooner than expected, took care of the issues, and got me back on the road! Thank you guys so much!!

We drove across the country and ended up with a screw in the tire (yikes) pulled into the service department and was instantly greeted with a bubbly smile from Darren who checked out the issue and then got us with sweet Ms.Alex who got my SUV back and fixed up lickity split, everyone in the service department was kind and courteous,and they were all giggling about lunch! A nice light fun atmosphere! Thank you all for getting us back on the road!!
