I made a Appointment for 8:00 a.m. Thursday morning. At 10:00 a.m. my car had not even been touched. Got my key and left. Very disappointing. I made an appointment with Midas the next morning, they took me right in.(8:30 appt.) On my way home to Florida by 9:00a.m.... Friday..........
Helpful, kind, and communicative - my service team have been just phenomenal through a confusing and complex series of repairs. We were traveling through Tucson and had a trim piece on the rear gate of our 2023 Santa Fe Hybrid come loose. We were concerned about losing the trim while completing our road trip so we stopped in at the service center on 22nd. We were helped by the Service Manager, Alan Heady. Mr. Heady went above and beyond any expectation we could have had. We had several appointments in Tucson and needed a car. We also had to leave Tucson in 2 days.
