My husband and I could not recommend Jim highly enough. As first time home buyers, this process can be wildly intimidating. Jim made sure that all of our questions, big or small, were answered fully and efficiently. He was available to us every day of the week (even over holidays) and in a process where it's easy to be taken advantage of, he always gave us highly qualified and reputable recommendations and solid, unbiased advice.
