Jim was awesome to work with. He understood what we were looking for and was on top of getting us to see properties quickly. He was very good at explaining the process to a new buyer with patience to guide a new buyer through the process. Would definately recommend him to anyone needing a realtor in the santa barbara / santa ynez area.
We worked with Jim to purchase a home in the Santa Ynez Valley. Jim had patience with us as it took two years to find the home we were looking for but he hung in there with us and continued to provide listings and showing. He was never pushy trying to sell us what was not right for us. We felt he was very fair in representing us as the buyer in the transaction. We highly recommend Jim, excellent knowledge, professionalism and patience.
