My husband called and got Janice on the phone. He told her he had tested positive for Covid and there was silence. Like so what. Then she said take Tylenol and Mucenex. My husband asked about antivirals and she said they don’t usually do that but I will have you called back. He got a call from a female who said she can’t just give him anti viral meds and would have the Dr call at 4;15. This was 9:20 AM. We were not asking her to “just give” my husband anti vitals. Dr. Alex Dickert is one of the best physicians I have been treated by. He is professional, knowledgeable, skilled, personable, and generous with his time. Every appointment I have with him, I am treated by him; the P.A. works with in tandem with him, not in place of him.
