I’ve been a patient of Dr Dickert for over two years now. Love this practice, Dr Alex Dickert is great, his staff is very attentive, always a good experience.
They never answer the phone.
Zero stars earned. Dr.Dickert’s practice should be avoided.
My husband called and got Janice on the phone. He told her he had tested positive for Covid and there was silence. Like so what. Then she said take Tylenol and Mucenex. My husband asked about antivirals and she said they don’t usually do that but I will have you called back. He got a call from a female who said she can’t just give him anti viral meds and would have the Dr call at 4;15. This was 9:20 AM. We were not asking her to “just give” my husband anti vitals.
