Lindsey and Lou did a great job with getting my mom a used car. I feel like she wasn’t taken advantage of and they went the extra mile to make sure she was happy with her purchase for years to come. Thanks guys for going the extra mile and making sure my mom was well taken care of.
Lindsey and Lou where great they kept me updated during the entire process. They were not pushy at all and got me financed with a good down payment even with not the greatest credit. bought a used caravan back in may. within a week the check engine light came on. they looked at it and said the problem was fixed, only for the same code to fire not 2 weeks later. this time they ghosted me, and my vehicle has spent more time in the repair shop than my driveway.
We purchased a car from Jim Butler drove 38,000 miles and the motor blown a hole in the bottom of the motor on it. We had all the service records on it, and they refused to honor the Warranty. One of the reasons why they won’t honor the Warranty is because we couldn’t show we changed the spark plugs. If you know anything about cars spark plugs has nothing to do with the motor blowing up. like I said we had all the oil change records they did nothing to try to work with us.
