I have purchased 4 new vehicles, and 3 used vehicles from jim butler. The last 1 was from the used outlet. As with all my purchases, the butler staff was amazing. 1 year after the sale, I had and issue with the extended warranty I purchased. So after a year I canceled, the lady from butler immediately took care of it. And, after another bad issue, after the fact with that warranty company, again the great people here stood by me to make sure I was taken care of. I would not recommend this business to a soul, not even my worse enemy! We bought a car 2 weeks ago and it’s been in the shop for the last week. We were never offered a loaner nor a rental car. We do in fact get a phone call about 30 min before they close everyday saying, “sorry, doesn’t look like today car will be ready and with only a half in hour to go looks like it won’t be today. Now we are going into a holiday weekend and they won’t be working on the car until Monday July 7th, leaving us without a car that much longer!... read more

I went to Jim Butler Outlet really just looking, but Ian Jackson and one of the most Beautiful Woman Ms Lindsay was absolutely AMAZING!!! Absolute terrible experience on the professional level. Rushed service records and fixes just to make sale. And then followed by no accountability with the issues they allowed a vehicle to leave their lot with. Purchased vehicle March 15th and have experienced nothing but issues with the vehicle as well harassment about the issues and going as far to state it’s our fault we purchased the vehicle by Mike, the sales manager.
