I visited Jim Butler Kia for an oil change and a multi-point inspection. After returning home, I opened the hood for the first time since purchasing the vehicle a year ago and noticed the fuse box cover was missing. When I contacted the service desk, they claimed the cover was already missing when the vehicle arrived and placed the responsibility on me. Look that car on Facebook stop by to check it out. They sold the car. But did not take it off their Facebook it's been a week later and the car is still on there I think they're doing a little bait and switch

Didn’t end up buying/leasing a car from there. Can’t say how their customer experience is after the sale. I will say that before sale it’s okay. They were nice, and professional. Little disorganized. Their layout is a little weird. Biggest reason for the 3 star is that they told me they had 12 cars in stock 2-4 hours before arriving. When I got there they had one. They blamed it on their website not being updated. I drove 40 minutes to be told they only have one car.
