Not a good experience at all
The worst experience of my life …. I would not recommend this location to anyone… we drove over 2 hours, got there , they knew we were coming. car was dirty inside and outside , chipped windshield, bold tires, no good brakes, just a mess of a car … they did passed the the “ in house “ safety inspection… what a joke … and the salesman was rude to me and my 66 young father … we came with cash and bank check to purchase this , but noooo…. Will Ulmer was very helpful and took care of me and my car. It is very hard to find a good dealership with really good service. Once the parts showed up they knocked it out and I had my car back very quickly. They will get all of my future business. I just want to say thank you to the technician who worked on it I am very happy with it.
I have owned 3 RAM trucks, 4 Ford trucks, 3 Toyotas, and 3 Chevrolets Trucks, so to say I am familiar with the buying/trading process is an understatement. Also as a Veteran I have purchase vehicles all across the country, online and via phone. The Salesman with Jim Butler CDJR claimed he was selling me the vehicle at wholesale price, when the price was the same as the price advertised on their website and comparable to the price advertised on car dealership websites across the country for the same truck.
