While I felt that the personnel were friendly and helpful, I had to bring the car back 2x to get a full repair costing me 1200+ dollars each time. Additionally my car had 88000 miles on it when brought in the second time it was diagnosed with a bad catalytic converter, the catalytic converter had a warranty that last 80,000 miles on it, and I had documentation showing that issues most likely caused by the converter had started back on Oct 2, 2018 and the car only had 70,000 miles at the time. I received a flyer from "Jim Butler" for an oil change, four tire rotation and 27-point vehicle inspection for $49.95. I brought the flyer to the Gravois Bluffs location and they said that they did not produce it, they would not honor it. I let them do the work because I wanted a record of the work done on the car. When I got the car back, the bill was for $80.64. I think they need to either honor the flyer or post the fraudulent flyer on their shop door and tell consumers they will not honor it, but will be happy to look at... read more
2 Stars, why? Well, when I first came in to the dealership everyone was very kind and greeted me, offered me a water and it was very pleasant. I wish I could say the rest of my experience was a positive one, unfortunately it was not. I went to Jim Butler after I was highly recommended by two friends one knowing the salesman and one knowing the sales manager.
