Terrible communication. First, they told me there was nothing wrong when I very knew it was leaking. Then, they “forgot” to put the claim number on our claim after it had already been there for a week. Fast forward 3 weeks, still no communication so we decided to call. They still had not started on our car. It took 2 days once they finally started on it. My appointment was for 8am and they got me right in. The service advisor, Autumn Hall was an absolute joy to work with. She's very professional and helpful. Every staff member I have dealt with have been excellent, from Ken Roberts (salesman) to the finance manager to the service department. I have never been treated so kindly at a dealership before. Will def recommend and return here for service.
Autumn is awesome. She makes the experience great every time.
Great and fast service. Having the ability to work from the waiting room is an added plus :)
