We purchased a car from Jim Butler drove 38,000 miles and the motor blown a hole in the bottom of the motor on it. We had all the service records on it, and they refused to honor the Warranty. One of the reasons why they won’t honor the Warranty is because we couldn’t show we changed the spark plugs. If you know anything about cars spark plugs has nothing to do with the motor blowing up. like I said we had all the oil change records they did nothing to try to work with us. Would not recommend. Sold us a car with all the wheel sensors out and when we took it for tire rotation and oil change we got home and the oil is pouring out the bottom all over the ground. For being a dealership with dealership mechanics they suck.
