Jim Boram is an awesome mechanic and person. You can rest assured that the work he has done on your vehicle is done right and is top quality. He has a loyal following in the southern Willamette Valley. I have been using Jim for all of my vehicles for a couple of years. I feel very lucky to have him as my mechanic. It is very hard to find a good, trust worthy person to work on your car if you have no knowledge of how vehicles work. I found one. Jim Boram

car broke down on I5 where freeway construction going on! One lane and itty bitty area to pull off to... Called tow truck and ins. company gave me Jim's address.. and off it was towed. I am so thankful.. Jim took care to examine what I feared was a blown transmission... and diagnosed a broken shift cable. Substantially less than a new transmission! It's always good to find a trustworthy, skillful mechanic! That describes my experience... and out of towner about 200 miles distant!

I have had a couple of repairs, installs done by Jim. He does great work at a fair price. He isn't just a parts changer, he diagnoses the problem, fixes it right the first time, not like some that throw parts at a problem until it is fixed, costing the customer lots more for stuff that didn't need to be replaced. An honest shop is good to find.
