I went in today to drop my car off to have the brakes fixed tomorrow. The owners son was extremely rude to me...in tone and in hand gestures. Snapped at me multiple times. I went in smiling to tell him I was dropping my keys off to leaving shaking. 10 minutes later I went back to get my keys and told him I was taking my car somewhere else.
