they held my car without any communication of the cost to me the teardown would cost. they tried to make me feel bad for wanting to get a quote elsewhere. threatened to report my desire to get another quote to my insurance as insurance fraud after I clearly noticed they were taking advantage. stay clear if you don't want to deal with a business that uses pressure and scare tactics and intimidation to get your money. no thanks for me!
