Had them put in carpet in my 16 x 30 approx. bedroom. about 6 months later the carpet strands came out of the carpet and the carpet itself has big rolls due to the carpet not being stretched correctly. called Jim said it would be at least 4 weeks till a factory rep would come to look at it. that was at least 4 to 5 months ago. He also blamed my dogs and my vacuum head for the carpet strands coming out,In my opinion poor quality carpet & installation.
